Vastex LittleRed X2 Mid-Level Dual Heater Infrared Conveyor Dryer

The series of Little Red Conveyor Dryers from Vastex offers expandability, repeatable results and fast payback never before available to mid/high-capacity textile printers. Following are details on Little Red X2 models. For lower capacities go to Little Red X1 models. The Little Red X2-30 model with 30 in. (76 cm) wide x 66 in. (167.6 cm) long conveyor belt is offered with two 24 in. (61 cm) wide 240V/2,600 watt heaters to cure up to 260 plastisol-printed images or 90 discharge or water-based printed images per hour. The Little Red X2-54 model with 54 in. (137 cm) wide x 66 in. (167.6 cm) long conveyor is equipped with two 48 in. (122 cm) wide 240V/5,200 watt infrared heaters to cure up to 520 plastisol-printed images or dry 180 discharge or water-based printed images per hour. Capacity of both models can be expanded as needs grow by adding modular heating chamber(s) and longer conveyor belts.

Vastex Lo-E Energy Efficient DTG Dryer

The Lo-E Dryer cures DTG printed inks and pretreatment, and water-based screen printed inks and discharge, at high rates using 20% less energy than comparable dryers. The compact size is ideal for use in any shop where limited amperage is a concern. Modularity of Vastex floor-standing dryers permits you to easily add one or multiple heating chambers and extend the conveyor belt, allowing a significant increase in curing capacity.

Vastex D-1000 Compact Infrared Conveyor Dryer

The D-1000 compact infrared heating model comes with 26 in. (66.1 cm) wide belt and 56 in. (142.2 cm) long conveyor belt, with a 25 in. (63.5 cm) infeed as standard. An optional 10 inch conveyor extension is available if desired. A 27.75 in. (70.5 cm) wide chamber infeed allows for loading of heavier and larger garments.
